The decision
What you are trying to decide, and what happens if the decision is wrong. If you already have options on the table, tell us what they are and where you are stuck between them.
The constraints
Timing, budget shape, regulatory obligations, existing vendors, and anything that is genuinely fixed. Constraints make advice specific.
We will tell you if we are not the right people for the work. A short answer that sends you elsewhere is more useful to you than a proposal that should not have been written, and it costs us less than the engagement would have.
